Résumé

L'article vise à passer en revue une partie de la littérature disponible concernant les rôles traditionnels des DSO et les voies d'évolution suggérées par des articles universitaires existants et des exemples concrets de l'industrie de ce qui se fait dans les pays de l'Union européenne. En outre, les rôles des GRD en Roumanie et la transition vers un système électrique décentralisé ont été étudiés.
L'hypothèse de recherche est que dans les années à venir, l'activité des GRD devra évoluer pour s'adapter à l'évolution vers un système électrique décentralisé. Les auteurs ont déterminé les facteurs déterminants du changement pour les GRD dans le contexte de la transition énergétique et le rôle des GRD dans le système électrique centralisé actuel.
