Résumé

L'utilisation de plusieurs moteurs dans un groupe motopropulseur EV (véhicule électrique) améliore les capacités de couple, d'accélération et de vitesse du véhicule. Une force de traction plus produite par le groupe motopropulseur électrique nécessite plus de courant électrique de la batterie. Dans les véhicules électriques modernes, la production de puissance mécanique peut être rapprochée des roues, réduisant ainsi les pertes mécaniques dans les transmissions. C'est le cas des groupes motopropulseurs multimoteurs. Plusieurs avantages concernant le contrôle du véhicule, les performances physiques et l'amélioration de l'efficacité énergétique sont obtenus. Dans la présente étude, un moteur BLDC (cc sans balai) est étudié du point de vue de l'efficacité pour construire un groupe motopropulseur à plusieurs moteurs. Une nouvelle méthodologie utilise des calculs analytiques, des simulations et des mesures physiques. Un groupe motopropulseur avec trois moteurs identiques donne une nouvelle configuration de véhicule. L'amélioration de la consommation d'énergie de chaque moteur est analysée selon une procédure de test normalisée. Les résultats sont comparés à ceux d'un groupe motopropulseur monomoteur.
