Résumé

L'urétéroscopie avec lithotripsie au laser est désormais la principale option de traitement chirurgical pour la plupart des patients présentant des calculs urinaires. Le laser holmium est toujours considéré comme la référence en matière de lithotritie laser. Dans cette revue, nous aborderons les caractéristiques des différents lasers et leur utilisation en lithotripsie tout en essayant d'identifier les prochains lasers potentiels adaptés à la lithotripsie laser.
