POYNTING ALGORITHM AND OPTIMAL SYNTHESIS OF CARS SYNCHRONOUS WITH AXIAL-RADIAL SYMMETRY, MAGNETS PERMANENT AND TOROIDAL WRAP IN INTERFACE

The paper addresses the problem of synthesis (sizing), based on the Poynting algorithm, of electromagnetic structures of synchronous type, with permanent magnets and symmetrical axial-radial conversion, with rectangular geometry (r), or circular (c), - a geometric structure unique, characterized by the absence of the frontal area (inactive), respectively kf = 1. As for the previously analyzed constructive variants [1], an optimal technical-economic solution can be identified, based on the optimization criteria adopted.
To illustrate the proposed calculation algorithm, applications are made for the synchronous motor (Pn = 500 kW, cosfn = 0.96, purely transverse reaction), analyzed in the previous works, and finally (Tab.1) are presented comparative results obtained for the analyzed constructive variants.
