Guide and Template for APME authors

Authors must use the journal's template and follow formatting guidelines to avoid rejection, as the journal offers limited support for desktop publishing.

The Journal does not charge fees for publishing articles (APCs).

The Journal's and Publisher's databases provide long-term preservation and archiving.

Plagiarism takes another author's ideas, procedures, outcomes, or words without unequivocally identifying the original author and source. It is unacceptable in any form, a severe infringement of professional comportment, possibly leading to serious ethical and legal consequences. The Journal takes due action to detect it, exclude the plagiarised works, and prohibit the authors from publishing with it.

The papers are peer-reviewed: double anonymous peer-review and editorial review.

The reviewers are anonymous to the authors, do not communicate, and are uninformed of each other's identities or assessments. Their role is advice-giving, and the Editorial Board has no formal promise to accept their opinions. The reviews are subject to the Editorial Board's final decision, which decides on the inclusion of the paper in the Journal.
