GAITCLOUD-EVGS : PROJET DE PLATEFORME CLOUD POUR L’ANALYSE AUTOMATIQUE DES VIDÉOS DE LA MARCHE

L'analyse posturale est une technique puissante pour évaluer les activités professionnelles. L'analyse de la posture et de la marche est également importante pour évaluer la récupération médicale après des lésions neurologiques (AVC, par exemple), des maladies neurodégénératives (Alzheimer, Parkinson, etc.) ou des accidents de la route ou du travail. À cet égard, le score visuel de la marche d'Édimbourg (EVGS) est un outil clinique d'observation largement utilisé pour l'évaluation qualitative de la marche humaine. Son calcul traditionnel repose sur l'analyse manuelle d'enregistrements vidéo par des cliniciens, un processus long, sujet à une variabilité inter- et intra-évaluateur et fortement dépendant de la qualité des enregistrements vidéo disponibles. Dans ce contexte, le présent travail propose la conception d'un service cloud pour l'analyse automatisée de la marche à partir de vidéos et le calcul de l'EVGS. Dans l'architecture proposée, les scores et les rapports obtenus seraient accessibles et visualisables via une interface web dédiée.
