IMPACT DE LA CHARGE DE REFROIDISSEMENT SUR LES PERFORMANCES D'UN RÉFRIGÉRATEUR THERMOÉLECTRIQUE PORTABLE

Résumé

Cette étude examine l'influence de la charge frigorifique sur les performances d'un réfrigérateur thermoélectrique portable basé sur l'effet Peltier. Un système de réfrigération compact, utilisant un module thermoélectrique TEC1-12710 alimenté en 12 V CC, a été analysé expérimentalement sous différentes charges frigorifiques, configurations de dissipateur thermique et modes de convection. Le système a été divisé en un compartiment de réfrigération et en une zone de dissipation thermique côté chaud, où trois dissipateurs thermiques différents ont été évalués en convection naturelle et forcée. Les résultats expérimentaux démontrent que la charge frigorifique influe de manière significative sur le taux de transfert thermique, le temps de refroidissement et le coefficient de performance. Parmi les configurations testées, le dissipateur thermique optimisé fonctionnant en convection forcée a atteint le taux de transfert thermique et le coefficient de performance les plus élevés. Des tests sur différents aliments et leurs combinaisons ont montré qu'une masse thermique accrue entraîne des temps de refroidissement plus longs et une consommation d'énergie accrue. Ces résultats soulignent l'importance d'une dissipation thermique efficace et d'une gestion optimisée de la charge pour améliorer les performances des systèmes de réfrigération thermoélectriques portables, notamment pour les applications mobiles et à faible consommation.
