CONVERTISSEUR CC-CC À GAIN ÉLEVÉ SANS TRANSFORMATEUR POUR APPLICATIONS DE VÉHICULES ÉLECTRIQUES

Une alimentation CC fiable est essentielle au fonctionnement continu des systèmes de stockage d'énergie par batterie (BESS) des véhicules électriques. Ces systèmes nécessitent un niveau de tension spécifique que de nombreuses sources ne peuvent pas fournir directement ; un étage d'élévation de tension efficace est donc indispensable. Cet article présente une structure à gain de tension élevé pour un convertisseur CC/CC non isolé, doté d'une configuration à double interrupteur à inductance commutée, permettant d'élever une tension d'entrée faible à une tension de sortie élevée et stable, adaptée aux applications de véhicules électriques. Le convertisseur proposé est analysé à l'aide de MATLAB/Simulink afin d'évaluer le gain de tension, le rendement et les contraintes subies par les composants. Un prototype matériel de 100 W, produisant une tension de sortie de 200 V, a été développé pour la validation. Les résultats de simulation et expérimentaux confirment une meilleure régulation de la tension et une réduction de l'ondulation de sortie sous différentes conditions de service. En conclusion, cette topologie constitue une solution pratique et efficace pour les systèmes de stockage d'énergie par batterie des véhicules électriques.
