Résumé

Les moteurs à réluctance synchrone à aimants permanents (PMa-SynRM) sont prometteurs pour les véhicules électriques grâce à leur forte densité de couple et à la réduction de la taille des aimants. Cependant, l'ondulation du couple demeure un défi. Cet article présente la conception et l'optimisation d'un PMa-SynRM hexaphasé visant à minimiser l'ondulation du couple tout en préservant le couple moyen et la qualité de la force contre-électromotrice (FCEM). Les principaux paramètres du rotor (pas d'encoche, géométrie des extrémités de la barrière, rapport d'isolation et largeur de l'aimant) sont optimisés selon la méthode de Taguchi. Les performances sont évaluées par analyse par éléments finis (AEF). La conception optimisée réduit significativement l'ondulation du couple, maintient le couple moyen et améliore le profil harmonique de la FCEM. L'analyse thermique confirme le fonctionnement sûr des aimants et des enroulements dans les conditions nominales. Les résultats démontrent que l'approche proposée améliore efficacement les performances électromagnétiques tout en garantissant la fiabilité thermique.
