ÉTUDE EXPÉRIMENTALE DE L'INFLUENCE DE LA POUSSIÈRE DE COTON SUR LA PUISSANCE DE SORTIE D'UN MODULE PHOTOVOLTAÏQUE

Cette recherche présente l'influence de la poussière de coton sur les systèmes photovoltaïques (PV) installés dans les industries textiles. Un dispositif expérimental conçu localement a été installé et deux expériences différentes ont été menées sur la base de concentrations de poussière de coton comprises entre 28 000 et 52 431 µg/cm² sur douze jours. Les résultats ont montré que le rendement du module PV diminuait considérablement à mesure que l'accumulation de poussière de coton augmentait. Les échantillons de poussière de coton accumulés sont prélevés à la surface du PV pour être examinés physiquement. On observe que la poussière de coton a une adhérence particulière, qui fait que les fibres adhèrent à la surface du module PV. Lorsqu'elle est exposée au soleil pendant une période prolongée, sa couleur devient terne et son jaunissement augmente, ce qui diminue la transmittance et forme de gros agglomérats en raison d'une augmentation de l'humidité, qui bloque le rayonnement. Les résultats de cette recherche peuvent être utilisés pour mettre au point un mécanisme de nettoyage spécifique au secteur textile qui permettra d'augmenter le rendement photovoltaïque.
